Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) activities across project sites.
Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and organizational safety standards.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate hazards.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Manage contractor safety performance and ensure adherence to safety requirements.
Drive safety awareness initiatives, toolbox talks, training programs, and behavioral safety campaigns.
Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response plans.
Monitor critical activities such as work at height, lifting operations, excavation, confined space entry, and electrical works.
Prepare and present HSE reports, KPIs,



and safety performance metrics to senior management and clients.
Lead emergency preparedness programs, mock drills, and crisis management activities.
Foster a proactive safety culture and promote continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.

Requirements:
15+ years of HSE experience in large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, High-Rise, or Township projects.
Solid knowledge of HSE regulations, OSHA standards, risk management, and construction safety practices.
Proven experience leading site safety teams and managing multiple contractors.
Expertise in incident investigation, safety audits, HSE compliance, and stakeholder management.
Excellent leadership, communication, reporting, and team management skills.
Ability to engage with clients, consultants, project leadership, and regulatory authorities.
