Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Manage offers, salary discussions, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS and track key metrics including TAT, Time-to-Fill, and Offer-to-Join Ratio.

HR MIS & Reporting
Prepare monthly HR MIS and reports.
Maintain accurate reports on Headcount, Recruitment, Attrition, Manpower, and Employee Movement.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

HR Generalist & Operations
Manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.




Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Address employee queries and support HR initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
2 to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Recruiter roles.
Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
Proficiency in HR MIS, reporting, and Advanced MS Excel.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently with attention to detail.
Knowledge of basic statutory compliance.
