Position: Post Payroll Executive

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Post Payroll Executive / Specialist to handle post-payroll activities and statutory compliance
for clients. The role will involve checking payroll outputs, statutory deductions, challans, reconciliations and
reports, along with regular coordination with clients.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund, good
Excel skills and the ability to handle client queries independently.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills Required

Hands-on experience in post-payroll activities and statutory compliance.

Valuable practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and LWF.

Experience in preparing and verifying statutory challans.

Valuable understanding of payroll reports, statutory deductions and reconciliations.





Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.

Experience working with payroll/HRMS software.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

Candidates from Commerce, Finance, HR or related backgrounds will be preferred.

Experience

23 years of relevant experience in Post Payroll and Statutory Compliance.

Experience in a payroll processing / payroll outsourcing / compliance services environment will be preferred.
