Job Purpose:
SPOC for Customer Communications for Marketing / Product / portfolio Teams for Consumer Banking Group
As a Campaign Ops Developer, you are accountable in executing of planned campaigns to help business teams to achieve business targets.

Key accountabilities:
Ensure that Campaign list is created as per approved CRT
Adhere to Campaign ToR to ensure Zero” Error Rate
Execute everyday Interactive workflow and procedures with QC (Maker-Checker)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure 100% utilization of data led features of existing platforms in CMP e.g. Unica

Chance Detect and Interact. Work with campaign operations team members to ensure that the full capability of these features are implemented in campaigns
Ensuring best practice in campaign design, build, QA & execution on time and as per CRT.
Being able to prioritize multiple tasks-based business critical outcomes and be able to work in an agile manner to deliver to marketing needs under guidance of TL.

Requirements:
7 to 10 years of experience (based on the post)
Positive academic background
Should be self-motivated and adaptable.




Should be focused and well organized

Education / Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor / PG degree in Computer science / IT is preferable
Extensive experience in at least one Enterprise Marketing tool

Core Competencies:
Designing campaigns
Campaign Performance Tracking

Technical Competencies:
Hands on Experience in using Enterprise Marketing tool like HCL UNICA is MUST; Adobe Campaigns and Oracle Eloqua etc is a PLUS
Experience in using SQL to perform data analysis & identifying customers based on business criteria using relational data bases.
Any Product Business Knowledge is preferable
Understanding of Big Data systems is beneficial
Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision.
Valuable written and oral communication skills

Work Relationship:

Healthy communications with analytics, data, channel and other technical teams, and the Marketing and the Product spoc’s
