Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for retail staff on Apple products.
Develop and conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging learning experiences.
Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Create interactive and engaging training content tailored to retail staff needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements :
At least 1 year of experience as a trainer or instructor in the Mobile industry.
Solid understanding of Apple's ecosystem, including iOS operating systems and various mobile phone models.
Proven track record in designing and delivering effective product trainings using OJT methodologies.
Experience working with Apple products, including iPhones, Macs, and other mobile devices.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with retail staff.
