Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain and Inspect Construction Machineries on Daily Basis including RMC Plant, Tippers, Transit Mixers, Graders, Soil Compactor, Excavator, Back Hoe Loaders and Other
Responsible for Recruiting and Managing operators/drivers including Fleet Management
Ensure procurement of Spare parts at site and preventive maintenance of all Construction equipments and vehicles
Maintaining fuel mileages and Repair records on regular basis
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications during site execution.
Oversee mechanical engineering activities in office, including planning, coordination, and supervision of laborers.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize site operations.
