Role & responsibilities
Create recent distributors/franchise partners and retain existing ones.
Generate recent business prospects and develop the assigned market.
Float circulars, schemes, promotions, and provide timely updates/reminders.
Monitor daily sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Resolve day-to-day queries and concerns of distributors.
Take distributor feedback and maintain strong business relationships.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Logistics, Billing, PMT, and Accounts teams.
Maintain and update pricing data, bonus structures, and scheme details.
Conduct promotional activities to increase sales.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain records.
Follow the process for new customer master creation and maintain required documentation.
Monitor market activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
