Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Qualified Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Scrum.
Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies and principles.
Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
Skilled in fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
Competence in using tools that support agile project management and continuous integration.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
