Role & responsibilities
Develop optimized NC programs for current products.
Use best-in-class machining methods and cutting tools.
Prepare tool setup sheets and standardize machining processes.
Support process planning and cutting tool selection for recent products.
Ensure timely delivery of NC programs.
Minimize/ensure zero non-conformance arising from cutting strategies.
Support system and process audits with zero compliance issues.
Apply zero-defect manufacturing methodologies
Preferred candidate profile
Engineering graduate or equivalent.
Solid experience in Siemens NX CAD/CAM / NX CAM.
Hands-on experience in Vericut simulation.
Experience in aerospace engine component machining preferred.
Knowledge of 5-axis machining.
Experience in post-processing for 5-axis, mill-turn and turn-mill machines preferred.
CNC controller knowledge: Fanuc / Siemens.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
