Job Role: Sales Coordinator

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Timing: 09 AM to 6 PM

Job Location - Okhla Phase - 1

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend Sales Coordinator (MALE candidates only) to support the sales team with daily coordination, customer follow-ups, documentation, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders and requirements.
Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, and other documents.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments.
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
Track pending orders and ensure timely completion.
Provide administrative and backend support to the sales team.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
