Role & responsibilities
The Unit Manager - Virtual Sales will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales performance for an assigned virtual
sales unit. The role will ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly business targets through solid people
leadership, sales planning, performance reviews, call-center floor discipline, lead conversion management, team
coaching, compliance control.
Preferred candidate profile
7 to 12 years of total experience in sales / call center / contact center /
equivalent sales leadership role preferred.
