In this role you will support and assist customers as required via email and incoming telephone calls, ensuring their needs for Festo products and services are met. This includes coordinating with internal functions such as Finance, Logistics, Production to effectively meet customer requirements.

This 12-month internship is designed for students graduating in 2027 who are looking to build a strong foundation in customer support, order management, and operational excellence within a global industrial automation organization.

Your job:
Generate quotations based on customer enquiry via SAP system
Register orders via SAP system




Respond to customer queries and calls regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and dispatch status using SAP and manage call interactions through the CRM system
Maintain daily track reports as per the template provided
To meet globally defined KPIs of individuals and team goals

Your qualification:
Graduating in 2027 with qualifications in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) OR Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) OR B.Tech in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or any relevant science or engineering degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in MS Office
Available to complete a full-time 12-month internship with Festo
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
