Role & responsibilities
Train candidates on engineering drawings, and other relevant software used in the organization.
Explain drawing concepts, standards, symbols, dimensions, tolerances, and drafting practices.
Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and practical assignments.
Provide hands-on guidance and demonstrations to trainees during training sessions.
Assess trainees through practical tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
Ensure trainees understand and follow drawing standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Training, mentoring, and assessment skills
Ability to work effectively with both trainees and technical teams
