Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations from requirements gathering to Go-Live.
Understand business requirements and design effective FCCS solutions.
Configure and work on FCCS, Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Data Integration, Smart View, and EPM Automate.
Handle functional and technical solution design.
Manage client communication, project deliverables, timelines, and quality.
Troubleshoot issues and provide optimized solutions.
Support testing, deployment, enhancements, and production activities.
Guide and mentor technical/functional team members.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS / Oracle EPM Cloud.
Good understanding of Financial Consolidation & Close processes.

Smart View
EPM Automate
Knowledge of Groovy / scripting is an advantage.
Robust communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client-facing responsibilities.

Valuable to Have
Experience with ARCS, TRCS, Planning, Narrative Reporting, or EDMCS.
Oracle EPM / FCCS certification.
Experience in leading FCCS implementation projects.
