Role & responsibilities
Responsible for all activities related to Service Department.
Responsible to attend customer Service call at site.
Follow Work Process & Maintain effectiveness of Service Department.
Inter Departmental communication & Co-Ordination (Query & service feedback etc)
Visit customer site for service call / commissioning.
Submit Root cause to customer & HOD for each service call.
Submit service report with root cause analysis.
Arrange requisition slip for service requirement.
Provide best effort to provide customer service & resolve problems with proper process.
Support Team Leader in standardization process for future strategic approach.
