Role & responsibilities
Recent Property Onboarding
Identify and prospect recent banquet halls, hotels, resorts, and wedding venues in assigned geography.
Pitch Weddingz.in value proposition to property owners and decision-makers.
Close onboarding agreements and ensure timely activation on the platform.
Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with banquet owners, hotel GMs, and sales heads. • Act as a single point of contact for newly onboarded partners during initial onboarding.
Resolve partner queries related to commercials, listing, and activation.
Commercial Negotiation
Negotiate commission structures, pricing, and contractual terms with partners.
Ensure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company guidelines.
Market Expansion
Conduct market research to identify high-potential wedding venues.
Track competitor activity and share insights with leadership.
Expand Weddingz.in presence across untapped micro-markets.
Process & Documentation
Ensure accurate documentation, agreements, and KYC compliance from partners.




Coordinate with internal teams (Onboarding, Content, Ops) for smooth go-live.
Reporting & Review
Maintain daily/weekly onboarding trackers.
Share progress reports on targets, closures, and pipeline.

Number of new banquet / wedding properties onboarded per month
Onboarding conversion rate (Leads to signed properties)
Average turnaround time for onboarding
Commercial compliance & quality of onboarded supply
Market coverage growth in assigned geography
Partner satisfaction during onboarding phase

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Field sales / B2B acquisition experience

• Understanding of hospitality / wedding / banquet industry (preferred)

• Data-driven approach with basic reporting skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven, rapid-paced environment
