Handle inbound & outbound leads
Conduct phone / virtual counseling
Explain courses , fees , eligibility & outcomes
Follow-up & Convert targets
Meet revenue / admission targets
Update CRM
Coordinate with internal teams
Deliver ethical , customer - centric counselling
Preferred candidate profile
Education : HSC accepted , Graduate / Post Graduate preferred
Experience : Hardcore outbound sales ( non-field). EdTech preferred but not mandatory . Excellent communication , Confidence , fluency & Sales aptitude are mandatory .
