Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and convert prospects into business prospects.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication and convincing skills, along with experience in Tele Sales, Telesales, or Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate new leads through telecalling and other available sources.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant IT products/services.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
Update daily call records,



follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales.
Experience in IT/Technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Positive follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
