Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with existing and current IT clients.
Generate recent business opportunities and drive account growth.
Handle IT staffing, contract staffing, and C2H requirements.
Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely candidate delivery and closures.
Manage client requirements, submissions, interviews, offers, and joining.
Negotiate commercials, rates, and contractual terms.
Track revenue, pipeline, SLA/TAT, and account performance.
Handle client escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment / Account Management / Staffing Sales.
Strong client relationship and business development skills.
Positive understanding of IT recruitment and staffing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business goals.
