Job Description:

byteXL is looking for experienced trainers/faculty members to deliver classroom training for engineering students in the following subjects:
Human Resource Project Management & Constitution of India
Entrepreneurship Development & Venture Creation

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions.
Explain concepts with practical examples and industry-relevant case studies.
Conduct assessments, assignments, and activities.
Mentor and guide students throughout the program.




Ensure effective classroom delivery and student engagement.
Provide feedback on student performance.

Candidate Profile
MBA/PG degree in HR, Management, Entrepreneurship, or relevant discipline.
Robust subject knowledge and communication skills.
Prior teaching/training/faculty experience preferred.
Experience handling engineering college students is an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates should be available for the complete project duration.
