Training of dealers sales executives – Evaluation & certification.
Co-ordination with and grooming the dealer manpower & enhancing the soft skill.
Dealer Management – Ensuring assigned set of dealers KPI management
Dealer profitability monitoring
Network quality improvement – Review & improve on KPIs
Intra departmental and Regional coordination
Preferred candidate profile
Looking for candidates who hold relevant experience from 4 wheeler passenger cars under direct OEMs.
