Primary Skills:
Strong experience in Indirect Procurement, including manpower/HR services and vendor contracts (e.g., Naukri.com and similar service providers). Candidate should be able to manage the complete procurement cycle and evaluate vendors across the manpower/services category.
Should have experience in current premises/facility setup and related procurement activities.
Logistics procurement experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with ERP tools is mandatory; SAP and Oracle preferred.
Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Candidates from the manufacturing industry only; service-industry candidates are not preferred.

Proven track record of driving and executing cost-saving initiatives.
