Drupal themes-- D7, D8, D9, responsive websites, Drupal Views, CCK-- Entity API-- MySQL, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX.
Strong Core PHP.
Strong drupal.org community profile will be an added advantage.
Good at client communication.

Requirements
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
Strong proficiency in PHP 7+, PHP, MySQL, Drupals DB Abstraction Layer, etc.
Experience with modern JS frameworks like Vue.js, REACT.js, etc., and architecting headless Drupal solutions.
Good knowledge of Cloud computing technologies.
PM tools knowledge like JIRA, trello, basecamp.
Think abstractly, while paying attention to important details at the same time.
Have the ability to take smart risks and champion new ideas.
Communicate clearly and constantly with teams.
Be an expert in Agile product development/project management.
