Job Description: We are hiring a Land Acquisition Manager for handling end-to-end land acquisition for plotting and layout development projects in Indore or Gurugram or Jaipur and nearby regions. The candidate must have robust local market knowledge and fluency in Hindi to manage landowners, brokers, and government coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire suitable land parcels for plotting projects Conduct title due diligence and ownership verification Negotiate with landowners and brokers for deal closures Coordinate with legal teams, surveyors,



and registration authorities Ensure compliance with local land laws and approvals Handle documentation and registration processes Track land prices and development trends

Candidate Profile: Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate land acquisition Hands-on experience in Indore or Gurugram or Jaipur location preferred Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory) and regional Language. Solid negotiation and documentation skills Willing to travel locally for site visits
