Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on marketing manager who can do the work, not just plan it. Your primary job is commercial: generate a steady, qualified pipeline of dealership enquiries for our retail outlets, and market each outlet in its local catchment once it opens.

You will run our paid social and search campaigns, own SEO and the website, manage our social media presence and content, and support the on-ground marketing that a fuel retail network needs dealer meets, launch campaigns, signage and local activation. You will report directly to the CEO and will be the first dedicated marketing hire, which means you get real ownership and very little bureaucracy.

Preferred candidate profile
45years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with direct ownership of paid campaigns and SEO not an agency-coordination-only background.
Demonstrated experience running Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads independently, with numbers you can walk us through.
Working knowledge of SEO on-page, technical basics, local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
Comfortable with Google Analytics 4,



Google Search Console and at least one SEO tool (Semrush, Ahrefs or similar).
Able to produce decent creatives independently in Canva or equivalent.
Robust written and spoken English and Hindi; regional-language content ability is a plus.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
Experience marketing a dealer, distributor or franchise network petroleum retail, automotive, agri-input, FMCG distribution or real estate.
Track record of generating franchise or dealership enquiries at a defined cost per lead.
Local SEO experience across multiple physical locations.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, a CRM, or marketing automation tools.
Basic video editing and short-form content production.
