Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive admissions and centre visibility by handling parent enquiries, supporting events, managing follow-ups, and maintaining sales records. The role requires positive communication, relationship-building, and execution skills to generate leads and support conversions.

What Youll Do

Admissions Growth & Parent Conversions
Handle parent enquiries across walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
Share explicit details on programs, schedules, fees, and trial classes.
Build trust through prompt communication and quick resolution of concerns.

Centre Promotions & Activity Marketing
Plan and execute workshops, competitions, and centre events.
Coordinate with coaches and teams for smooth, timely delivery
Track participation, attendance, feedback, and event records.

Social Media and Local Outreach Support
Create simple posts on centre activities, achievements,



and upcoming events.
Collect photos and videos from classes, workshops, and celebrations.
Publish content on time to support admissions and engagement.

CRM & Sales Reporting
Update CRM with enquiries, trials, admissions, and follow-ups daily.
Track conversions and keep sales data accurate.
Coordinate with teams to ensure records stay current and reliable.

Attendance & Centre Coordination
Maintain daily and batch-wise attendance records for students and teachers.
Coordinate schedule updates, absences, and replacements with coaches.
Support weekly and monthly reporting for attendance and centre operations.

Full time

Compensation: 25,000-30,000 per month
