Key Responsibilities
Conduct accurate and professional eye examinations and provide suitable recommendations.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Greet and engage customers, explaining the eye examination process clearly.
Build strong customer relationships and address customer concerns effectively.
Convert prospective customers into actual customers through effective communication.
Coordinate with retail teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support POS transactions, inventory management, and product coordination.
Maintain store hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and skilled grooming standards.

Qualifications & Competencies
Diploma/Degree/Postgraduate Degree in Optometry.
0 to 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Solid customer focus and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail workplace.
