About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Graduate Trainee to support our HR, Finance, and Marketing teams. This cross-functional role is ideal for someone eager to gain broad exposure across business operations, with responsibilities spanning people operations, marketing execution, and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities
HR
Data Management – Maintain and update employee records/HR trackers with accuracy and confidentiality.
Document Management – Organize and maintain employee files (physical and digital) as per compliance.
Administrative Support – Handle day-to-day HR admin tasks, correspondence, and employee queries.
Recent Joiner Onboarding – Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction for recent hires.




Event Management/Planning – Support planning and execution of employee engagement events and HR initiatives.
Recruitment Support – Assist with job postings and resume screening.
Interview Coordination – Schedule interviews, send invites/reminders, and track candidate feedback.
Offboarding Support – Assist with exit formalities and checklist completion.
HR Communications – Support internal emails, announcements, and policy updates.

Marketing
Website Management – Update and maintain website content via WordPress.
Social Media Calendar Management – Plan and schedule content across Meta, & Google.
Graphic Design Support – Create basic visuals/creatives using Canva and Figma.
Document Suite Proficiency – Prepare and manage reports/decks using Excel, Slides & Word.
Invoicing & Vendor Coordination – Support general invoicing and coordination with marketing vendors.
Inward Mail Management – Monitor
