Outbound Analyst

Location: Chennai | Experience: 1–3 years | Shift: US Night Shift | Work: Full time

About the role:
You will make outbound calls to US utility companies to collect and verify customer/utility data required for Arcadia’s energy management platform.

Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US utility companies and navigate IVR systems.
Obtain utility information such as meter details, usage history, billing and account data.
Verify customer authorization through LOAs and security questions.
Enter accurate information into CRM/Google Sheets.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Handle utility representatives professionally and escalate issues when required.
Meet contact-centre KPIs such as connect rate, productivity, AHT, quality and conversion.




Follow US privacy, compliance and data-security requirements.
Use Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, dialers and analytics tools; AI exposure is preferred.

Ideal candidate:
1+ year experience in international BPO/contact centre, outbound calling, sales, collections or customer operations.
Strong spoken and written English (C1+).
Experience working with US customers/teams.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail.
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and contact-centre metrics.
Comfortable working night shifts from Chennai.
