We are looking for Marketing Manager or lead to join us at Finance in a Box (FIAB) and help shape the next phase of our growth.

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar Work timings: EST shift

This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies or oversees campaigns. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead who can think strategically, execute personally, and work closely with our leadership and BD teams to translate marketing activity into measurable business pipeline.

The role will have a strong focus on:
B2B demand generation and multi-channel campaigns
• LinkedIn, thought leadership and content strategy
• HubSpot, CRM, nurture campaigns and marketing automation
• Account-based marketing and close partnership with Sales/BD
• Brand positioning and go-to-market messaging across Finance, HR and skilled services




• Product marketing for our upcoming AI-enabled finance operations platform
• Building scalable marketing processes, calendars, SOPs and playbooks

We would particularly love to meet someone with 1012+ years of B2B marketing experience, a robust demand-generation mindset, proven experience building LinkedIn and thought leadership, and someone who is genuinely fluent in using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude to multiply their effectiveness.
