Role & responsibilities
Identify recent franchise prospects and support franchise appointments/renewals.
Maintain robust relationships with franchise partners and regularly monitor performance.
Support franchisees with sales, leads, technical, design, installation, and operational requirements.
Coordinate product, design, sales, brand, and technical training for franchise teams.
Coordinate project requirements, designs, quotations, and quotation follow-ups.
Process purchase orders and coordinate with Accounts, Production, Design, and other teams.
Follow up on payments and ensure orders are released as per company terms.
Handle franchise/customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution
