We are looking for a relentless, street-smart Frontline Recruiter who thrives in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment. Your primary mission will be to source, screen, and onboard Pickers, Packers, and Warehouse Associates at lightning speed. This role requires heavy field recruitment, local community networking, and a passion for hitting daily headcount targets.

Role & responsibilities
Mass & Bulk Sourcing: Run daily recruitment drives to source high volumes of Pickers, Packers, and Warehouse Associates through local networks, labor hubs, and candidate referrals.
On-Ground Field Recruitment: Spend significant time on the field visiting residential pockets, local markets, and communities to source frontline workers directly.
Screening & Selection: Conduct quick,



effective assessments to ensure candidates possess basic literacy, physical fitness for warehouse shifts, and a clean background.
Onboarding & Document Collection: Collect and verify mandatory onboarding documents on the spot (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Details) to ensure same-day joinings.
Retention & Backfill Management: Maintain a continuous pipeline of backup candidates to immediately replace dropouts or shift absences, ensuring zero operational downtime for the client's dark stores.
Client Hub Coordination: Coordinate directly with dark store managers and warehouse shift supervisors to align candidate deployment schedules.
