Role & responsibilities:
Plan and execute assembly and dispatch of control panels as per monthly production and delivery schedules.
Allocate manpower, tools, and resources to meet daily and weekly targets.
Plan and align assembly activities with inspection schedules to meet committed delivery dates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity improvement.
Monitor assembly progress, resolve issues, and manage bottlenecks across departments.
Optimize productivity and resource utilization.
Ensure documentation and compliance with ISO standards.
Develop and implement strategies for productive switch-gear production processes.
Drive continuous improvement for better efficiency, quality, and delivery.

Solid leadership, planning, determination, self-management, manpower handling, resource utilization, and skilled conduct
