Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and energetic Sales Ninja to join Delco Chefs. This role is ideal for graduates and early-career professionals who want to build solid sales and customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Introduce customers to Delco Chefs and its services.
Generate leads and build/manage your sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospects and move conversations toward conversion.
Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations.
Close sales and ensure smooth customer handovers.
Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM.
Take ownership of your targets, follow-ups and performance.





What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills.
English and Hindi are mandatory.
Confident, intelligent and customer-oriented approach.
Hunger to learn, robust work ethic and resilience.
Ability to think on your feet and take ownership.
Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is not mandatory.
