Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion. • Guide and supervise the design team (engineers & draftsmen). • Review and check architectural & structural drawings for accuracy. • Perform structural design & analysis using STAAD.Pro, Staad Foundation, SECURE, and AutoCAD. • Ensure compliance with IS Codes / International Codes. • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors for technical solutions. • Deliver projects within schedule, quality, and budget. • Conduct Weekly meetings with Staff & Clients and report to management .
Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD. • Solid knowledge of structural analysis, foundations, and PEB structures. • Excellent team management and project coordination skills. • Knowledge of IS codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, etc.). • Robust communication & client handling skills.
