We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with solid visual judgment to help us evaluate and qualify professional freelance designers across global design categories.

This is not only a production-design role. You’ll review portfolios, client projects, and design samples to identify whether a designer meets professional-quality standards in creativity, execution, originality, and attention to detail.

You should be able to quickly understand whether a design is visually strong, commercially relevant, technically sound, and appropriate for the client’s industry.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Reviewing portfolios and linked projects for quality, originality, and authenticity
Assessing visual hierarchy, typography, composition, colour, branding, and execution
Evaluating whether designers can work across relevant industries, audiences, and design styles
Approving or rejecting applicants using defined quality benchmarks
Writing clear evaluation notes and maintaining accurate review documentation
Identifying recurring quality gaps and sharing insights with the internal team
Supporting quality meetings with practical, design-led feedback
