The Chance
nThe Senior Country Manager will represent Swinburne University of Technology within the
nassigned South Asia market and will play a key role in driving high-quality international
nstudent recruitment and business development outcomes.
nThe Senior Country Manager will generate high-quality student leads and applications
nand work closely with Swinburne's Future Students and Marketing teams to convert
nenquiries and applicants into enrolments. The role will also provide regular performance
nreporting, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership across
nthe University.
nRole Summary
nThe role will be accountable for delivering annual recruitment targets while operating
nwithin Swinburne's strategic, financial, quality and compliance parameters. This will involve
ndeveloping current recruitment channels, strengthening existing partnerships, managing
neducation agents, delivering market-specific campaigns and events, and continuously
nevaluating recruitment performance and return on investment.




nThe Senior Country Manager will also act as a market expert, providing authoritative
nadvice to internal stakeholders on international recruitment trends, competitor activity,
nmarket developments, legislation, student behaviour, and emerging prospects.

nStrategy and Planning
n● Develop and implement sophisticated, multi-channel international student
nrecruitment and sales strategies for the assigned market.
