Over 8+ years of expertise in engineering for 5G and 4G core nodes (AMF, SMF, UPF, CUPS, MME, DNS, NRF). N
Manage AMF interfaces including N1, N2, N8, N11, N14, N15, N26, and others as per 3GPP specifications. N
Ensure compliance with 3GPP standards and maintain performance enhancements for AMF. N
In-depth knowledge of 5G core network architecture, especially AMF and SMF functions. N
Experience with 3GPP TS23.501 and related 3GPP specifications for 5G core network functions. N
Interface with other network functions such as SMF, PCF, NRF, UDM, and AUSF via service-based interfaces. N
Manage and optimize theAccess and Mobility Management Function (AMF) within the 5G core network. N
Proficiency in managingservice-based interfaces (SBI) and protocols such as HTTP/2 and NGAP. N
Demonstrated proficiency in on-premises infrastructure implementation and operations, particularly within telecom and 5G network settings. N
Extensive experience architecting, troubleshooting,



and managing microservices-based cloud-native applications in complex environments. N
Handle connectivity andmobility management requests from User Equipment (UE) and gNB. N
Support event subscription handling, including UE location reporting to SMF. N
Implement PWS-IWF functionality for processing SBc interface messages and streamline network architecture. N
Familiarity with session management, mobility management, and policy control in 5G networks. N
Understanding of IP address management, DHCP, ARP proxying, and traffic steering. N
Experience with cloud-native architectures and automation in network functions. N
Ability to troubleshootand optimize network function performance and reliability. N
Knowledge of lawful intercept requirements and charging data synchronization. N
Experience with roamingscenarios and interworking between home and visited SMFs. N
