Job Description
We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team as a Legal Executive or Associate Manager Legal. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate law and title verification processes and ready to work in a rapid-paced, tech-driven setting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Draft comprehensive Title Opinions using the Maatrum proprietary platform.
Interact with clients to understand their policy requirements, address queries, and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports.
Collaborate with Operations and Tech Teams to improve Turnaround Time (TAT), enhance process efficiency, and support product optimization.
Ensure quality compliance with client credit policies and internal legal standards.
Provide legal guidance and proactive solutions to internal teams for seamless report processing and challenge resolution.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master of Law (LLB / LLM)
Preference for candidates with LLM from reputed public universities.
