8+ years of overall software development experience, with a solid background in .NET, C#, Java, or similar languages.
5+ years of experience in Azure Native App Development and Modernization, including hands-on with Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, AKS, Networking Services, Database Services, and Azure DevOps.
Experience in modernizing monolithic applications to cloud-native microservices or serverless architecture.
Positive experience to ensure applications are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized (Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
Deep knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and integration with up-to-date front-end frameworks.
Proven experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud security best practices.
Drive innovation through research-driven approaches and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and research skills to identify and adopt emerging technologies.
