Woodbling India is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

We specialize in furniture, doors and interior solutions, with a focus on quality, design and customized solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Role & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and industry professionals
Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projects
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and present suitable products and solutions
Develop and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, design requirements, production and execution
Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
Keep track of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity
Represent Woodbling professionally at meetings, networking events and industry opportunities




Achieve agreed business development and sales targets

What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development / sales
Experience in furniture, interiors, doors, building materials, construction or related industries will be preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Confident in client meetings and business discussions
Positive follow-up and relationship-management skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Willingness to travel for meetings and project visits when required
