To be successful as a Scrum Master you should have experience with:
Agile Methodology: Knowledge of Agile frameworks, experience with iterative development, and operates with an Agile mind-set to promote collaboration, and continuous improvement and stay adaptable to achieve high-performing results.
Tools and Technology Proficiency: Experience with Agile project management tools - Confluence & JIRA; and the ability to configure and leverage these tools to support program execution.
Communications and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills, ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,



and experience building robust collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Continuous Improvement: Experience facilitating retrospectives, driving process improvements, waste reduction and fostering a culture of continuous learning and Agile maturity.
Facilitation and Coaching: Solid facilitation skills to run effective Agile ceremonies, ability to coach teams to improve their processes, and guide them toward greater efficiency and performance.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Critical thinking, mediation skills, and the ability to proactively identify problems, remove blockers and facilitate collaborative solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Experience managing expectations, prioritizing work based on stakeholder feedback, and facilitating effective communication between the team and stakeholders.
