Lead and define the creative vision for motion design projects across digital platforms and client requirements N
Conceptualize and oversee high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent project delivery N
Provide creative direction and feedback to motion designers and editors Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently . N
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies Present ideas, concepts, and final outputs to internal stakeholders and clients. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

n
10+ years of experience in motion design or creative roles, with at least 6–8 years in a leadership position within advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies. N
Robust portfolio showcasing motion graphics,



storytelling, and campaign work N
Expertise in tools likeAdobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling N
Experience managing andmentoring creative teams Strong communication and presentation skills N
