Working Model: Onsite (event-led, on-ground role)
Work Week: 6 days with weekend working required as per event schedule
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (versatile as per event schedule)

About the Role: SoulSensei is expanding its offline presence through workshops, retreats, and premium wellness experiences. We are looking for a Manager - Events & Partnerships to lead end-to-end event execution while building solid venue, vendor, and brand collaborations.



This role requires high ownership, strong on-ground execution, and the ability to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute workshops, retreats, and community events end-to-end
Manage on-ground operations including setup, ambience, A/V, logistics, registrations, and flow
Create run sheets, checklists, and contingency plans
Ensure a seamless, premium event experience
Handle real-time changes and high-pressure situations
Manage event inventory and procurement

Venues & Vendor Management
Source and finalize venues across Mumbai and other cities
Conduct recces, negotiate commercials, and build long-term partnerships
Manage vendors across production, décor, A/V, gifting, F&B;, and logistics
Identify and onboard recent vendors aligned with brand requirements
Track budgets and ensure consistent execution standards
