nAbout the Role
nThe role involves supporting the planning and execution of transformation initiatives across multiple finance towers, ensuring effective project delivery and performance management.
nResponsibilities

Project Execution & Coordinationn
Support planning and execution of transformation initiatives across multiple finance towers (O2C, P2P, R2R) and MDMn
Manage project tracking, timelines, milestones, and status reportingn
Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, GPOs, and stakeholdersn
Act as a secondary coordination point to ensure smooth project deliveryn
Data Analysis & Performance Managementn
Perform data analysis with PBI dashboards and excel report out to identify improvement opportunities and validate business casesn
Track and report perks (through DYKs), including productivity gains, working capital improvements, and efficiency metricsn
Develop dashboards and reports with the support of Data reporting office (DRO)



for performance monitoring and decision-makingn
Process Optimization & Documentationn
Document current (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes across F&A; towersn
Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and non-value-added activitiesn
Support standardization, harmonization, and adoption of best practicesn
Digital & Transformation Enablementn
Support implementation of transformation tools along with tech team (e.g., Coupa, BlackLine, Credica, automation solutions)n
Assist in testing, user training, and change management activitiesn
Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, and AI-led improvementsn

nQualifications
nRelevant educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field.
nRequired Skills

Solid analytical and problem-solving skillsn
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PBI and Exceln
Excellent communication and coordination abilitiesn
