Experience: 10–15 Years
Key Responsibilities
• Drive implementation and compliance of NABH standards & Quality Management Systems
• Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance
• Track Quality Indicators, Incidents, RCA, FMEA & CAPA
• Lead Quality Improvement & Patient Safety initiatives
• Support NABH Accreditation, Assessments & Mock Audits
• Coordinate Quality Committees, documentation & management reporting
• Conduct quality and patient-safety training for hospital teams
Preferred: Candidates with experience in NABH-accredited multispecialty hospitals and solid knowledge of RCA, FMEA, CAPA and Quality Management Systems.
