nFlutter-Native experience on Android or iOS-Ability to solution and deliver complex user journeys on mobile apps.- Ability to translate screen mockups from design team into pixel perfect mobile app screens including animations where needed.

nResponsible for delivery of work from a squad. Should have played Lead or Principal Engineer role.
nUnderstand requirements and put together solution to meet requirements.
nDevelop mobile banking app in Flutter, Native technologies(Android/iOS) meeting quality and timeliness goals.
nReview team code
nEnsure adequate documentation included in code for future maintainability
nContinuously develop self Mobile app development capability in line with improvements / changes in technology
