nGen C Media is looking for a full time Graphic Designer & Motion Designer who can do more than just execute instructions.
nWe are looking for someone who can understand a brief, visualise the idea, bring their own creative thinking to the table, and convert concepts into robust visual communication.
nYou should be someone who does not wait for every element to be explained.
nIf we communicate an idea, campaign, brand direction, or objective, you should be able to think independently, visualise possibilities, suggest creative directions, and turn them into high-quality designs.
nThis role will involve working across social media, branding, print, marketing campaigns, and motion graphics.
nKey ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Design

Create high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories, campaign creatives, ad creatives, thumbnails,



and digital assetsn
Develop fresh visual concepts instead of simply following templatesn
Understand the objective of the content and suggest the best visual treatmentn
Maintain consistency across different brands while ensuring every brand has its own identityn
Work closely with the social media and content teams to convert ideas into effective visual communicationn
Understand current design trends without blindly copying themn

nCreative Thinking & Visualisation

Understand briefs, references, conversations, and rough ideas and turn them into complete visual conceptsn
Come up with your own design ideas and creative directionsn
Suggest layouts, typography, visual styles, compositions, and campaign conceptsn
Think from the perspective of the brand and target audiencen
Be able to work even when the brief is not a ready-made design instructionn
Take ownership of the creative out
