NKey Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design requirements. N
Create user-centered wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are both functional and visually engaging. N
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and iterate on designs. N
Help define user personas, customer journeys, and other UX documentation. N
Work on developing and maintaining design systems for consistent user experience across our platforms. N
Participate in design sprints and review sessions to enhance product design quality. N
Stay updated with the latest UX trends and apply them to improve the overall product experience. N
nRequirements:

Recent graduate with a degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related discipline. N
Certification in UX from design institutions is a plus. N
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX work, including wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs. N
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. N
Strong understanding ofuser-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability testing. N
Excellent communicationand collaboration skills for working remotely with teams across India. N
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a work from home setting. N
nPreferred Qualifications:

Exposure to responsive design and mobile-first approaches. N
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). N
Knowledge of accessibility standards.
