Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Gym Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the gym. From coordinating trainers and schedules to handling member inquiries and supporting package sales, you’ll be the go-to person keeping the gym running smoothly

Responsibilities
Manage daily front-desk and gym operations.
Track trainer attendance, schedules and session completion.
Coordinate trainer/member schedules and ensure sessions run smoothly.
Handle walk-ins,



calls and online inquiries and convert them into memberships/packages.
Communicate with members, trainers and vendors as required.
Address day-to-day operational issues and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain basic records, attendance and operational reports.
Support the team in creating a welcoming, well-managed gym environment.

What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of experience in front desk, centre operations, administration, hospitality, fitness or similar roles.
Robust communication skills with the confidence to speak to members and handle inquiries.
Street-smart, proactive and solution-oriented — someone who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
Comfortable with basic sales/conversion and recommending relevant packages to potential members.
Growth mindset with the willingness to learn, take on more responsibility and grow with the gym.
